Route Package Protection Policies:

We now offer Route Package Protection (Route Protect) to help cover the cost of lost, damaged, or stolen packages                                                         We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.


  • Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

    If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.

  • Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders?

    If you added Green Package Protection at checkout, please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance with “in-transit” related issues.

  • Route will refund or replace protected items.                                                                                                                                                                 
  • By refusing Route package protection, Fresh Jagua is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

 Once Route has been fulfilled or shipped the product is considered consumed and cannot be refunded

What is the shipping cost and how can I calculate it?

  • The shipping cost is calculated online according to the weight of your order and your location.
  • Put your desired products in the cart and go to check out. Before you proceed to payment you will see the exact shipping cost.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS: Please note that our company will ship orders Monday through Friday before 3pm. Excluding federal holidays and unexpected closures. 

Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. While we understand the inconvenience this may cause, we cannot be held responsible for actions or delays caused by external shipping companies. For real-time updates on your shipment, we encourage you to track your package online.

                                                                                      

WITH ANY ORDER OVER $300 FRESH JAGUA WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE  UPON DELIVERY UNLESS REQUESTED OTHERWISE BY EMAIL AT SUPPORT@FRESHJAGUA.COM. ALSO FRESH JAGUA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS WITH INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES ENTERED AT CHECKOUT. IN CASES OF INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES FRESH JAGUA WILL ONLY INITIATE A REFUND OR RESEND PRODUCTS ONLY IN THE EVENT THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO COMPANY'S FACILITY. PLEASE NOTE WITH USPS OR FEDEX SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: THE RECIPIENT OR ANY OTHER RESPONSIBLE ADULT IN THE RESIDENCE CAN SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED OR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES.PLEASE CONTACT SPECIFIED CARRIER. IN CASES IN WHICH THE DELIVERY STATUS SHOWS AS 'DELIVERED' OR SHOWS 'SOMEONE' HAS SIGNED FOR YOUR PACKAGE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AS WELL.  

 

  • USPS Priority Express Delivery: overnight to 2-day delivery option, deliveries occur everyday of the week given no unexpected delays.
  • USPS Priority Delivery: deliveries made in 1-3 business days given no unexpected delays.
  • First class mail: deliveries can take between 4-10 business days. But may take up to 14 business days if delays occur. Please note this is not an insured option. Loses, Damages or delays are not the responsibility of FreshJagua.com. 
  • FedEx First Overnight: Deliveries are made the next business day morning by 8 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. to most areas
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: Deliveries are made the next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the U.S. and by noon or 4:30 p.m. to residences and some rural areas. 
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: Deliveries are made next business day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences.
  • FedEx Express Saver: 3 day shipping option, delivers are only made Monday–Friday. Packages arrive at businesses by 4:30 p.m. and residences by 8 p.m.
  • FedEx 2Day AM: Get your package in 2 business days by 10:30 a.m. to U.S. businesses and by noon to residences.
  • New Flat Rate FedEx 2Day : Get your package by the end of the second business day. Packages will arrive by 4:30 p.m. to most areas and by 8 p.m. to residences. 
  • FedEx Home Delivery: deliveries take 1-5 days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii is 3-7 days 
  • FedEx Priority delivery within the U.S. takes 1-5 business days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii requires 3-7 business days.      

 

We also would like to inform our valued customers that while we offer various shipping options to choose from, we reserve the right to ship your package using a different carrier if necessary. This may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other factors that may affect the timely delivery of your package. Rest assured, we will always strive to ensure that your package is delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.     International orders may experience delays due to customs inspections and regulations. The estimated delivery times displayed on our website are general guidelines and do not guarantee the exact delivery date. Please note the following shipping options and their estimated delivery times:

    • Express International Shipping: Typically delivered within 10-20 business days.
    • Priority International Shipping: Typically delivered within 10-30 business days.
    • First Class International Shipping: Typically delivered within 30-60 business days.

    Important Information for International Orders

    • Customs and Regulations: All international orders are subject to the customs regulations and policies of the destination country. This can sometimes result in additional delays if the package is held for inspection.
    • Tracking and Updates: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We recommend monitoring the tracking information for updates on your package's status.
    • Customs Fees and Duties: Any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Delays and Expedite Requests

    While we work closely with our shipping partners (USPS, FedEx, etc.) to ensure timely delivery, there are factors beyond our control that may cause delays, particularly with international shipments. Unfortunately, once a package is in transit, we are unable to expedite it.

    If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

    1. Contact your local customs office to check if your package is being held.
    2. Reach out to your local courier service for more information.
    3. Inform us of any updates or issues so we can assist you further.

      Shipping options available for all international purchasers are USPS Priority Express Delivery, USPS Priority Delivery, First class mail, FedEx Priority International and FedEx Ground (Shipping option for Canada orders only). FedEx Delivery times may vary depending on your countries customs proceduresPlease note that USPS First class mail may take up to 60 days for arrival (Depending on your country). This is not an insured option. Loses, Damages or delays are not the responsibility of FreshJagua.com. We understand the cost efficiency of choosing a First class mail option but as a preventive from any unexpected occurrences with your package and to achieve superior stain we suggest you choose one of our express options.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

        CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS

        • All packages sent securely in boxes or padded envelopes from our factory. On all customs descriptions for gels, juice and powder we list the product as "Artistic Drawing Ink" as well as list the value. Our experience shows that it is very rare that customs issues occur.
        • It is the client's responsibility to check all customs regulations and tax fees(Please note that not all packages are stopped/taxed by customs). Should any issue arises in a country outside of the USA we can not help or held responsible in any way.
